Below you will find a detailed explanation on how to open, fill in, print and e-mail it.
To begin filling in your Prescription Card, tap "Open in ..." in the top right corner of Safari.
When prompted to choose a program to open the Prescription Card with, select "Open in Adobe Acrobat".
This should open up the Prescription Card in Adobe Acrobat.
You can now begin filling in your Prescription Card by typing in text where required and ticking the relevant boxes.
To save a prescription card select „Save to Adobe Document Cloud“.
Not using Adobe Document Cloud? Just create an account and log in with your data.
Your documents will be changed to the cloud.
If you save a prescription card more than once, the cloud will automatically create a new document for every save.
To print your Prescription Card, tap the icon in the bottom right corner and select "Print Document".
Make sure the right printer is selected and tap "Print".
To send your Prescription Card via E-Mail, tap the icon in the bottom right corner and select "Share File".
When asked whether to share the original document or the flattened copy, select "Flattened Copy".
When prompted to choose a program to send the file with, select "Mail".
Fill in the recipient's E-Mail address and change the subject to your desire.
Tap "Send".
Click the button below to download the Prescription Card now.
